When you choose a design, you are choosing the size/seating-capacity etc, and surface visual look of the piece of furniture. That impacts the price, but there are many other factors which go into the price. Same piece of furniture can be made very cheaply with cheap wood (which means it won't last as long, but good enough for a year or two), or made using the best wood & production rigors (durable & long-lasting). We want to give you all the options to choose from - so you pay for what you get, with full knowledge of what to expect. There would always be sellers who would quote lower or higher prices, and we recommend you to buy directly from them as long as you make sure what you are getting for it. Prices also vary based on the supplier, as some are mere aggregators (i.e. they buy from other makers and run the Insta page with a price markup), while some are direct makers (eliminating the middlemen markups). We strive to work with the latter to provide the best possible price for the quality you prefer. Feel free to reach out for more clarity.

Many makers don't have the best photos, or even enough photos. And at times many other important details are missing, which are needed to choose a product (fabric type? color options? etc). This is why we liaise with the makers and confirm all the details with you before your place an order. You can also share examples of specific details you'd like in your order. We also strive to send work-in-progress milestone photos to ensure your order is being made in line with your expectations & there are no surprises upon delivery. The makers are motivated to build as per your preferences, so this process ensures any visual or informational gaps are addressed during the making process.

If you are interested in customizing an SKU, or changing some aspect of an SKU (for eg. color or fabric style), please share those details with us when you reach out. We would check with the maker and let you know the feasibility and additional costs if any.  

Shipping is arranged by the makers directly to your doorstep. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer (unless shipping is free for your SKU). For international buyers- please get in touch regarding the shipping process & timelines, as that is handled on country by country basis.

The best furniture makers are often based in remote parts of Indonesia, and sending money to someone far away and hoping for the item you ordered to show up as expected is risky indeed. This is why you only pay a small deposit upfront and rest on delivery. We also update you at key milestones of the making process to avoid any expectations mismatch and if you aren't satisfied at the time of delivery, we will facilitate fixing the issue free of cost. That's why we charge a service fee for ensuring your order is fulfilled as per your expectations and are there for you in the rare case there is an issue.

We are happy to support and manage an order via a maker you have found directly. We would brief them on the accountability standards and manage the process exactly the same as someone ordering through our platform. Our service fee will apply, and you are
